With a robust career spanning over two decades, Francis has held significant positions, including Business Development Manager at Bensat Company Limited, where he developed growth strategies, negotiated stakeholder relationships, and enhanced the client base. At the National Board for Small Scale Industries, he facilitated technical and managerial training programs, advised businesses, and contributed to municipal planning.
An adept communicator and networker, Francis is skilled in stakeholder consultations, organizational management, and driving systems improvements. His academic credentials include an MSc in Public Policy and Management from the University of Cape Coast and certifications in supply chain management, agribusiness, and food processing from renowned institutions like GIMPA and the University of Ghana Business School.
Francis is a dedicated member of the Nandom community and an active participant in Ghana’s political landscape, contributing as a Constituency Executive Member and Head of Operations/Security Committee. His leadership, commitment, and ability to foster collaborative networks underscore his impact on both local and national development.
In his educational journey, Jonas has been recognized for his academic excellence, earning a First Degree in BSc Biomedical Sciences and participating in the Integrity Conference organized by GAFES at the University of Cape Coast. His commitment to continuous learning is evident through certificates in Invitro-Fertilization and career and scholarship acquisition.
Jonas has gained extensive work experience in various roles, showcasing his versatility. As the Manager of the Sangu Delle Foundation, he oversees all programs, contributes to budgeting, and actively engages in website content development. Serving as a Personal Assistant to the Executive Chair at Rabito Clinic Ltd., Jonas takes on diverse responsibilities, including teaching assistance, examination question preparation, and strategic initiatives.
With a background as a Lab Scientist at Rabito Clinic Ltd. and during his National Service at Shai Osudoku District Hospital, Jonas honed his skills in areas such as phlebotomy, blood grouping, and running various medical tests. His diverse internships, including at Oak Tree Medical Center and the Police Hospital, further enriched his practical experience.
Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, Jonas has demonstrated strong leadership skills. As the President of the National Service Personnels’ Association in the Shai Osudoku District, Greater Accra, he presided over meetings, supervised work, and enforced discipline. Additionally, he served in leadership roles during his high school years, promoting integrity, discipline, and academic excellence.
In the business realm, Jonas operates as the CEO of JB Ventures, retailing footwear across Ghana. He also engages in pro bono activities through JB Consult, offering private tuition, business proposal writing, CV editing, and academic guidance. Jonas Belaar is driven by a goal to excel in Legal Practice, become an Educationist, Philanthropist, and Entrepreneur, showcasing a multifaceted approach to personal and professional development.
Prior to CarePoint, Bright worked as an Administrative Manager/Associate at Golden Palm Investments Ghana Ltd from 2012 to 2017. He also worked as an Administrator at Rabito Clinic from 2008 to 2012, where he managed and supervised the erstwhile 27 branches of Rabito Clinic. Bright previously served as a National Service Personnel at the Bolgatanga Regional Hospital, where he was charged with assisting in all administrative duties from 2007 to 2008.
Bright obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (HONS) in Political Science and History from the University of Ghana-Legon, a Master of Arts degree in Local Government Administration and Organization and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA).

Edwina Amofa Baafi is currently the CFO at Demeter Holdings Limited. Before her role at Demeter Holdings, she was the CFO of Rabito Clinic and headed the finance department at Africa Health Holdings. She has worked with firms such as Dalex capital, Golden palm investments, Baron water house, Sinel specialist hospital, Controller and accountant general department, Ghana audit services etc.
She holds a master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Birmingham City University UK and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK
